Digital Journalism Degree: Assignment

In class assignment.

Digital Journalism is the way all journalist should learn. With technology and all the new rules of journalism, things change rapidly and students should always stay up to date with the digital work of journalism and media. The media has it's ups and downs, but without us many businesses or individuals wouldn't have basically free advertisement that we can present through stories.

Marshawn Lynch of the Seattle Seahawks loves to make a big deal out of having to do interviews with the media before or after games. Lynch doesn't like to talk to the media and after being fined for walking away from the media, Lynch just repeats the same thing over and over again until the media is done questioning him.

He puts up this fight to try and make a point, but without the media the NFL is nothing and his job means nothing. Without the media Lynch has no sponsorships, no commercials. He gets paid to wear certain things during the interviews. If he doesn't conduct the interview then why would anybody want to pay him to wear their gear. The NFL and it's athletes need the media.
